Staticare® - antistatic cleanroom packagings are LDPE film packagings containing special additives which cause a reduction in the surface resistance of the film. As a result, electrostatic charges are lowered, existing charges are discharged more easily and the risk of uncontrolled discharges is reduced.

Staticare® - antistatic cleanroom packaging is:

We manufacture Staticare® cleanroom packaging in two standards

Standard 1: Staticare® - m (migrating)

Characteristics:

• with antistatic, migrating antistatic additive
• typical surface resistance: approx. 10¹⁰ - 10¹² Ω
• in transparent or pink colored version
• special formats for 4″, 6″ and 8″ wafer boxes

Standard 2: Staticare® - pnm (permanent non-migrating)

Characteristics:

• with antistatic, non-migrating antistatic additive
• typical surface resistance: approx. 10⁸ - 10¹⁰ Ω
